Training programs we offer
Since 2005, the Department of Science, Technology, and Training has been established at our center and has been responsible for the following areas of training:
1.Pre-graduate student training /ENT department training at MNUMS and “ACH” University of Science and Technology/”
2.Postgraduate specialized training /Residency and specialization in ENT and audiology/
3.Research activities /Doctoral and master’s research, specialized project programs/
4.Short-term and long-term professional development training, both domestic and international
5.Organizing international seminars /Presenting at domestic and international seminars/
During this period, the hospital has focused on improving the professional knowledge and skills of its staff, continuously training doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, and engineers in their professional fields, involving them in professional development programs at cooperating foreign universities and hospitals, and providing observational internships, and since 2005, a collaboration agreement has been established with Bundang Hospital of Seoul National University, South Korea, under which doctors receive step-by-step professional training through short-term courses of 7–30 days and long-term courses of 3–6 months in the fields of Inner Ear, Balance, Cochlea-Pharynx, Neck Ultrasound, and ENT Surgery, continuously enhancing and developing their expertise.
Since 2005, we have been working under training base agreements with MNUMS, “ACH” University of Science and Technology, and “Otoch Maaramba” University of Science and Technology, conducting pre-graduate student training, and in collaboration with EMHT and MNUMS’s MDI, carrying out postgraduate residency and specialized training, and since 2011, the hospital has expanded as a training base of MNUMS, preparing specialized professionals across Mongolia, including ENT, audiology, and balance specialists, as well as nurses and laboratory technicians.
We provide an environment for pre-graduate student training and the training of specialized professionals in ENT, audiology, and balance, using a fully equipped training classroom with modern audio-visual technology to broadcast surgical procedures to students, trainees, and resident doctors, and conducting practical training through rotations in the outpatient department, hearing rehabilitation unit, and surgical ward.
