EMJJ Hospital was founded in 1993 on the initiative of Doctor Professor. Erdenechuluun Bat, starting as a small outpatient facility with a team of six. Over the years, the hospital has expanded steadily, and today it operates 41 inpatient beds, 12 outpatient examination rooms, and provides specialized ENT, audiology, and vestibular services, including hearing aid fitting and maintenance. In 2017, a full-scale vestibular laboratory was established. Currently, EMJJ Hospital employs over 260 staff members and delivers specialized ENT, audiology, and vestibular services nationwide.

Since 2007, EMJJ Hospital has also served as a pre- and post-graduate training base for the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS) and the Center for Health Development, training resident doctors, nurses, and laboratory specialists across Mongolia.

EMJJ Hospital has established collaborations with institutions in Germany, South Korea, Italy, Taiwan, China, and Russia. These partnerships strengthen international relations, provide training for medical personnel, introduce the latest medical technologies and equipment, and implement globally standardized diagnostic and treatment methods in Mongolia.
